To keep it very simple, the ketogenic way of can be broken down to consist of the following macros

70-75% Fats 

20-25% Proteins

5% net carbs (about 20 grams net)

Some people eat more carbs, some people eat more protein and some eat less fat. It is all up to you and finding your own groove and what works for you.
